We want you to enjoy our 100% natural products as soon as possible. That is why fast delivery is important to us. The ordered products are usually shipped 24 hours after the order placed and shipped no later than 48 hours after the order placed, unless stated otherwise.

Returns

Have you ordered a product and would you like to return it? That is of course possible with us! Please read our return policy so that you know when you can and cannot return and when the costs and expenses will be fully reimbursed.

Returns without giving any reason

It can happen that you order a product and when it arrives you think 'this is not quite right for me' (often occurs with 100% natural cosmetic products). In this case you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning are for your own account.

Damaged products

If the product has arrived in a condition that it is no longer damaged / usable, a replacement product will be sent. In this case, you can contact us via info@andelia.nl stating your order number and any photos of the damaged product. Your email will usually be responded to within 8 hours.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@andelia.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products

When the product has already been used

For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.

a.that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications

b. that are clearly personal in nature;

c. that cannot be returned due to their nature

d. that can spoil or age quickly;

e. the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;

f. for individual newspapers and magazines

g. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.

Guarantee

The products of Andelia (unless otherwise described on the product itself) have a warranty period of one year.
